The team are engaged directly by the bank’s executive leadership to work across a wide set of challenges, ranging from defining and building innovative new products and business models through to mobilising multimillion dollar programmes across 40+ countries.
The Business Consultant’s role is to support the engagement lead, collaborating with senior executives and delivering high quality outcomes for the bank.
The role’s responsibilities include using structured thinking to come up with solutions, driving successful delivery with the support of wider stakeholders, understanding market changes, building new operating models and bringing rigor to the delivery process. The role requires the capacity to work independently but also to be able to manage and work in a team.
− At least 3 - 6 years of experience working on business consulting/Industry experience to/in large complex organisations.
− Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise ideal.
− Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and navigate the organisation using formal / informal networking skill.
− Demonstrated experience with organisational change and business transformation.
− Problem solving and analysis skills.
− Some experience in managing others.
− Experience supporting the definition of a business problem, and solutions based on data.
− Experience of validating and prioritising business requirements.
− Good experience with data analysis and interpretation.
− Some experience in supporting the facilitation of requirements / design sessions.
− Familiarity and experience with financial services business and governance models.
