Our client is one of the world’s leading private equity firms who are making a string key hires into a recently acquired healthcare asset. The Operating Partner and Executive team are initiating the key phases of the M&A growth plan which will see the company grow exponentially in size.
The Global Strategy and M&A Director will be reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer. The individual will be working closely with the investors and other senior stakeholders to design and implement a range of strategic and transformation initiatives.
A large part of the role is driving and implementing the M&A growth strategy.
This is a critical hire for the business and a key driver of the private equity investment strategy. Not only will the role be high impact, but opportunities to progress into accelerated career roles in the asset or wider assets (or fund) of the private equity owner.
Strategy consulting and/or investment banking experience and/or M&A in large pharma companies
Experience in corporate and M&A
