Our client is a global market leader (€7bn+ Revenue) that has embarked on a transversal Transformation into Digitally-focused Services business. We are working with a Board-Level Chief Transformation Officer (a former Tier-1 Consulting Principal) to build a high-impact team encompassing Value Creation, Project Execution and Change Management. In addition to transforming the core business units, the Transformation team are focused on Integration of new Digital Acquisitions and developing strategy that will shape the environments in which we live and work. (Future of offices, living space, urban planning)
The role will require using two skill-sets. Being the change agent that can both ‘design’ and ‘deliver’ value focused programmes. You will need to support and challenge the development of business cases, striving towards best-in-class results delivery and succesful implementation. Being comfortable working with board-level stakeholders and senior line staff is key, whilst also providing the analytical hoersepower as a central member a small `crack-team` of consultants that will be catalyst for the wider transformation.
